He began a tradition in the Bonanza Family nearly 120 years ago and it is still going strong today! In 1897, Chick Bonanza began his Italian ice pushcart business providing patrons with our famous lemon ice,made with fresh squeezed lemons, and that original recipe is still served today at the Bonanza Stand of Oyster Bay, New York. And the 4th Generation Begins.... As a result of our growing popularity, we then began wholesaling our superior product throughout the tri-state area offering over 110 flavors of Italian ice! Based in Long Island, New York we manufacturer and now provides superior frozen desserts to businesses through out the United States.
